• The photographer's name and website link will be included with each image.

• TravelScenics.com is not responsible for interruptions in service by the Internet Provider and will make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous online service.
• Neither TravelScenics.com nor HolidayJunction.com is responsible for the actions of others in the unlawful copying of photographic images. The photographer may submit images having his/her personal or corporate watermark (visible or digital) provided that visible watermarks do not significantly obscure the scene.
• All individuals and companies using this gallery service shall fully indemnify and save TravelScenics.com and HolidayJunction.com harmless from and against judgements, costs, expenses or disbursements incurred by reason or claims or suits for libel, violation of right of privacy, plagiarism, copyright infringement or any other claims or suits based upon the contents of their submissions.
